North Italia is lifting holiday spirits this season with special menus and festive promotions through the end of the year.
Bar North Pole: Nov. 28 through Dec. 31
Participating restaurants are offering a limited-time Bar North Pole experience with a lineup of eight new seasonal drinks, including six cocktails and two zero-proof options. Each beverage will be available for $10 during launch weekend from Nov. 28 through Nov. 30.
• Naughty List Cocktails: Sweater Weather with Pinot Grigio; Jingle Bell Rock with Aperol; Sleigh Ride with vodka; Santa’s Nightcap with rye; Rudolph’s Replacement with tequila; The Naughty List with vanilla vodka
• Nice List Zero-Proofs: White Elephant Gift with Seedlip non-alcoholic; Cocoa Claus with dark chocolate crème
$25 Holiday Lunch Prix Fixe: Now through Dec. 23
Enjoy North Italia’s Holiday Lunch Prix Fixe at all locations nationwide. Guests can order a small plate and entrée duo for $25, available daily from open until 4 p.m. for dine-in or online ordering. Highlights include seasonal favorites such as Sunday Night Lasagna and Arancini, along with exclusive dishes including Chicken Parmigiana Verde, Bruschetta Duo, and Brussels Sprout and Medjool Pizza.

Pouring Joy: Blue Hummingbird Welcomes Its Newest Café

Blue Hummingbird Coffee is expanding in Orange County with the opening of its fifth local café at Irvine Company Office Properties Jamboree Center. The grand opening celebration takes place Wednesday, Dec. 3, all day at 1 Park Plaza, Suite 165, Irvine.
Guests will enjoy Blue Hummingbird’s signature handcrafted drinks, including seasonal favorites like the Cinnamon Roll Latte and its signature Blue Hummingbird Latte made with house-made pandan syrup and blue spirulina. The menu also features a wide selection of breakfast and lunch items, from fresh pastries and breakfast burritos to favorites like turkey bacon club sandwiches and a bacon cheeseburger.
In the spirit of the Season of Giving, guests who bring at least one canned food item to benefit Families Forward’s Food Pantry will receive 20 percent off their order and be entered into a raffle. Prizes include a $25 Blue Hummingbird gift card, a Fellow Aiden coffee maker, and the “Blue Ticket” grand prize that awards a 25 percent discount on all purchases at any Blue Hummingbird location throughout 2026.
This new opening marks continued growth for Blue Hummingbird Coffee within Irvine Company Office Properties.
It joins two existing Irvine locations at Tripointe at 13844 Alton Parkway and Discovery Park at 530 Technology Drive, Suite 100.
